मार्च २०१२ ची वेतन देयक सेवार्थ मध्ये सादर करावी

सर्व आहरण आणि संवितरण अधिकारी यांनी माहे मार्च २०१२ ची वेतन देयके सेवार्थ मध्ये सादर करणे बंधनकारक करण्यात आलले आहे. सेवार्थ प्रणाली शिवाय सदर करण्यात आलेली वेतन देयके कोषागारात स्वीकारली जाणार नाहीत किंवा पारित करण्यात येणार नाहीत.सध्याच्या सेवार्थ प्रणालीच्या वेतन देयक बरोबर नवीन सेवार्थ प्रणालीतून वेतन देयक तयार करून त्याची प्रिंट सदर करण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आलेल्या आहेत. काही DDO ना नवीन सेवार्थ प्रणाली मध्ये वेतेन देयके तयार करताना अडचणी निर्माण झाल्याचे निदर्शनास आलेले आहे. त्यामुळे सेवार्थ च्या वेतन देयाका बरोबर अशी देयके सादर करता आली नाहीत. आशा DDO नी नवीन सेवार्थ वेतन प्रणाली मध्ये वेतन देयके तयार करून त्याची प्रिंट कोषागारात सादर करण्याची हमी घेवून माहे मार्च २०१२ ची जुने सेवार्थ मधील वेतन देयक पारित करण्यात येतील.

INSTRUCTION
Instructions have been issued about pay bills for the month of March payable in April, 2012 to be generated from Sevaarth. These instructions have to be scrupulously and strictly followed in case ofall offices. No pay bill in format other than that generated from Sevaarth should be accepted in treasury.
Instructions have also been given about submission of print outs from New Sevaarth Pay Roll System along with bills generated from existing Sevaarth, without which the pay bills are not to be entertained.
However, some treasuries have brought to notice that some DDOs have not been able to generate pay bills from new system and therefore, could not submit the same along with bill generated from
existing Sevaarth. In such a case please accept bills if they have been generated from existing Sevaarth and also make payment in respect of such bills after obtaining an undertaking from such DDOs that they
will submit print outs for March, 2012 pay bills from new system as and when they can generate the same.
