सर्व उप कोषागार अधिकारी सर्व आहारान व संवितरण अधिकारी दिनांक १५/०५/२००९ चे वित्तीय प्राधिकर शासन निर्णय १७/०४/२०१५ नुसार सुधारित करण्यात आलेले आहेत. त्या नुसार देयके तपासण्यात येत आहेत. कोषागारात देयक तपासणी करताना सदर शासन निर्णय आणि वित्तीय प्राधिकर मंजुरी आदेशावर नमूद करण्यात आलेला नसल्याचे निदर्शनास येत आहे. तथापी आसे निदर्शनास येते कि देयके सदर करताना मंजुरी आदेशात वित्तीय प्राधिकर पूर्वीचा (१५/०५/२००९ किवां ११/०७/२००१) चा नमूद केलेला दिसतो, की जे शासन निर्णय १७/०५/२०१५ च्या शासन निर्णयान्वये आधीक्रमीत करण्यात आलेले आहेत. तरी या ई-मेल द्वारे आपणास कळविण्यात येते की कोषागार कार्यालयात सादर करण्यात येणाऱ्या देयकातील मंजुरी आदेशात शासन निर्णय १७/०४/२०१५ नुसार सुधारित शासन निर्णय आणि वित्तीय प्राधिकर नमूद करण्यात यावेत. मंजुरी आदेशात शासन निर्णय १७/०४/२०१५ नुसार सुधारित शासन निर्णय आणि वित्तीय प्राधिकर नमूद करण्यात आलेले नसल्यास देयके पारित होणार नाही...
